Youth Making History meets Monday–Friday, 4–6 PM, and is for Youth in Middle and High School ONLY!

WHAT YOU WILL GET OUT OF THIS

  • Learn computer & audiovisual production skills 
  • Practice public speaking & learn to be a tour guide
  • Collaborate creatively and think critically
  • Research your own heritage and tell your story
  • Create exhibitions & produce community events
  • Explore indigenous native cultures & community history
  • Make presentations at Oakland City Council
