Map & Directions
Peralta Hacienda Historical Park and its administrative offices are
located at 2465 34th Avenue, Oakland, CA 94601, at the corner of
Coolidge Avenue and Hyde Street (Mapquest).
The Fruitvale Transit Village is located 1/4 mile to the west.
By Bus
AC Transit line 53 on Fruitvale Avenue: Get off at Hyde Street. Head
south on Hyde Street one block to Coolidge Avenue. The park is on
the corner of Coolidge Avenue and Hyde Street.
AC Transit line 54 on 35th Avenue: Get off at Salisbury Avenue. Head
north on Salisbury one block to 34th Avenue. The park is on half a
block on the right.
AC Transit lines 43, 40L, and 40 on Foothill Blvd: Get off at 34th
Avenue. Head east on 34th Avenue about 3 blocks. 34th Avenue
dead-ends at the park.
By BART
The Fruitvale BART station is located about half a mile from the
park. From the BART station, head east on 34th Avenue until you see
the park in front of you, or take the 53 or 54 bus and follow the
bus directions above.
By Car
From I-580 West (heading toward Berkeley/San Francisco)
Take the Coolidge Ave/Fruitvale Ave exit onto Montana St.
Turn left on Coolidge Ave.
Turn left on Hyde St.
Turn left on 34th Ave.
Arrive at 2465 34th Ave on the left.
From I-580 East (heading toward Hayward)
Take the Fruitvale Ave exit.
Proceed in same direction as exit ramp on Harold. Go six blocks.
Turn right on Coolidge. Go about half mile.
Turn left on Hyde St.
Turn left on 34th Ave.
Arrive at 2465 34th Ave on the left.
From I-880 North
Take the High St/Alameda exit onto Coliseum Way.
Take ramp onto 42nd Ave toward I-880 North.
Turn left on Foothill Blvd.
Turn right on 34th Ave.
Arrive at 2465 34th Ave on the left.
From I-880 South
Take the 23rd Avenue/Alameda exit onto Dennison St.
Turn right on Embarcadero.
Continue on ramp. Continue on 16th Ave.
Turn right on Foothill Blvd.
Turn left on 34th Ave.
Arrive at 2465 34the Ave on the left.
Parking
Limited parking is available in the park's parking lot. Ample street
parking is available along 34th Avenue, Hyde Street, and Coolidge
Avenue.
