Vision
Every Human Being Makes History
Mission
Our mission is to illuminate the history of Peralta Hacienda
Historical Park, while serving the diverse and changing cultures of
today's Fruitvale and engaging them in the stewardship of this
nationally significant site. We develop and maintain the site as an
interpretive park, gather community stories, offer arts and
educational activities, and create exhibits for visitors to enjoy,
learn from, and shape with their own contributions.
